“Too often, wellness in medicine is forced upon trainees and adds to the time a trainee spends at work. Instead, here at WashU, our fellowship wellness efforts are focused on trainee-inspired sessions that span from program-sponsored social gatherings to workshops on important life skills such as contract negotiation and estate planning.”
